Having started his career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the early eighties, he has worked with a broad range of Fortune 1000 clients in the US, Europe, Asia, India and Africa. Rick is a founding member and now board emeritus for Conscious Capitalism, Inc, a Chartered organization founded to advance the understanding and implementation of the principles of Conscious Capitalism in all forms of business and social organizations.
