We can only give what we have. How we navigate our internal world is directly connected to our capacity for impact. This session invites us to examine our relationship with stress, ego and fear and offers actionable, healthy alternatives that will maximize our capacity to do more good.

Michelle Kinder

Michelle Kinder is a speaker, writer, consultant and coach and is the former executive director of Momentous Institute. She has worked in executive leadership for over a decade and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Under Michelle’s leadership, Momentous Institute was named one of the top 100 Best Workplaces for Women and one of the 50 Best Workplaces in Texas by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work.

Michelle has articles featured in TIME, Washington Post, Texas Tribune, Dallas Morning News, Mindful Magazine, Huffington Post and PBS’ Next Avenue.  In 2015, Michelle was honored as CEO of the Year by CNM Connect.

Michelle grew up in Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish. She lives in Dallas with her husband, Patrick, and their daughters, Maya and Sophia.
