Raj Sisodia Kip Tindell  Brian Schultz

Raj Sisodia is a FW Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business and Whole Foods Market Research Scholar in Conscious Capitalism at Babson College, and Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Conscious Capitalism, Inc. He has a Ph. D. in Marketing from Columbia University.

Raj has published eleven books, including Firms of Endearment: How World Class Companies Profit from Passion and Purpose. He is the co-author of the New York Times bestseller Conscious Capitalism: Liberating the Heroic Spirit of Business (2013) and the Wall Street Journal bestseller Everybody Matters (2015). His most recent book, which he will highlight during his discussion is The Healing Organization: Awaking the Conscience of Business to Help Save the World.

Kip Tindell is Co-Founder and past Chairman/CEO of The Container Store - the original storage and organization store. Since opening in 1978, it's had an unwavering commitment to its employee-first culture. The goal was never growth for growth’s sake, but to adhere to the company’s seven, values-based Foundation Principles, which mirror the tenets of Conscious Capitalism.

Tindell’s book, UNCONTAINABLE: How Passion, Commitment, and Conscious Capitalism Built a Business Where Everyone Thrives, has become a handbook for similarly minded companies and entrepreneurs everywhere. These days, he devotes the majority of his time to shifting the paradigm of business from a shareholder supremacy model to a stakeholder-oriented model.

Brian Schultz is the Founder/CEO of Studio Movie Grill (“SMG”), the original cinema-dining concept combining first-run movies with table-service restaurants. As part of its conscious business initiative and mission to open hearts and minds, one story at a time, SMG has created a number of legacy programs, including its special-needs screenings, local outreach and fundraising events, Chefs for Children program, which has donated over $1 Million to local non-profits serving special needs families.

In 2019, Brian was named to the Dallas 500 most powerful leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth and is a past recipient of E&Y's Entrepreneur of the Year.  Brian is currently a member of YPO and on the Conscious Capitalism Board of Directors.
