Curtis Hite, CEO & Chairman, Improving Holdings, LLC., is a technology consulting, custom software solutions, and training firm with over 500 employees.

Curtis was one of several leaders who acquired a training company in 2007 called Improving Enterprises. Since then, Improving has been blessed with continued growth repeatedly receiving accolades including the Inc500/5000, Dallas 100, and Aggie 100. More importantly, the company has received recognition from its employees as one of the best workplaces in Texas.

Curtis was a founding member of the North Texas Chapter of YPO in 2003 and a member of the Columbus Chapter since 2015. He was honored by the Department of Computer Science as a CSE Distinguished Former Student and later in 2013 he received the inaugural Outstanding Early Professional Achievement Alumni Honor Award from the Dwight Look College of Engineering.

Brian Schultz is the Founder/CEO of Studio Movie Grill (“SMG”), the original cinema-dining concept combining first-run movies with table service restaurants. Schultz’ is credited as the leader and innovator of this rapidly growing segment of the exhibition industry.

As part of its conscious business initiative and its mission to open hearts and minds, one story at a time, SMG has created a number of legacy programs, including its legacy special needs screenings, local outreach and fundraising events, Chefs for Children program, which has donated over $1Million to local non-profits serving special needs families, and annually awarding its Opening Hearts and Minds Awards externally and internally to those that have made a positive impact on their local communities or teams.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University. He's a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and was the recipient of the 2013 Regional Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year®. In 2019, he was named to the Dallas500 most powerful leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth. Brian is currently a member of YPO and is on the Conscious Capitalism Board of Directors

Elyse Dickerson is CEO and Co-Founder of Eosera, Inc., a female-led biotech company committed to developing innovative products that address under served healthcare needs. 

Elyse has over two decades of experience leading teams in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. She managed portfolios with annual revenues of $1.7 Billion and drove product innovation and the commercialization of numerous technologies across the globe.

Elyse has won many accolades for her leadership and service. Most recently, in 2020, Fort Worth Inc named her Top 400 Most Influential People; in 2019, Drug Store News named Elyse the Top Women in Health, Wellness, and Beauty. D CEO awarded Elyse with the honor of being on the 2019 Dallas 500 list and named her Most Admired CEO.

Elyse holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
