Jeff Schiefelbein is the Co-Founder and Chief Culture Officer at 5, an energy advisory firm that has received dozens of awards for growth and culture, including six consecutive appearances on the Texas Monthly Top 10 Best Place to Work in Texas list. In addition to his work at 5, Jeff is also a motivational speaker and coach, focused primarily on culture building and high-impact communication.
Tina Young is an entrepreneur and marketing expert who started Marketwave in 1998 and has consistently grown the business while producing award-winning campaigns for leading Texas-based brands such as Baylor Scott & White Health, Oncor, and American Heart Association. Tina is passionate about building a conscious company that lives its purpose and she is the 2018 Past Chair of the Dallas Chapter of Conscious Capitalism (CC).
