March Chapter Event

Speaker: Jeff Schiefelbein

Feel the Fear, and Persevere

Feel the Fear, and Persevere

Members of the Conscious Capitalism community are called to greatness by acting on leadership principles and building business ecosystems that are countercultural to traditional business maxims.

As we answer the call to establish a higher purpose and engage and create wins for all stakeholders, our fears cause us to freeze and to fall short of the goal. When we focus on the potential failures, we allow negativity to control the narrative, and progress is put on pause.

Through a series of personal stories of perseverance, Jeff Schiefelbein provides a practical reframing of our relationship with fear, demonstrating how shifts in mindset, language, and relationships can release us from the shackles that limit our growth and hold us back.

Join us for this incredible time to connect as we learn to “Feel the fear and persevere.”
