November Chapter Event:
CC-D Panelist Discussion Prior to CodeLaunch
We’re bringing together a group of visionary leaders for a panel discussion on how conscious businesses adapt, grow, and thrive through disruption. More information on topics and panelists to be shared closer to the event date.
The Conscious Use of AI in Business
AI is rapidly reshaping how businesses operate, make decisions, serve customers, and create value. But as these powerful tools become increasingly embedded in our organizations, an important question deserves more attention: How do we ensure we are using AI consciously?
Conscious Capitalism Dallas invites business leaders and owners to a candid panel discussion examining both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with AI adoption. We’ll take a clear-eyed look at what can happen when powerful technology is directed toward narrow goals—from profit-driven incentives that can encourage misuse to the longer-term costs of organizational dependence on AI.
This conversation will move beyond the hype to explore what responsible AI stewardship looks like in practice. How can leaders harness AI’s potential while remaining grounded in higher purpose? How do we protect the interests of employees, customers, communities, and other stakeholders while navigating a rapidly changing technological landscape? And what does it mean to lead consciously when the tools themselves are evolving faster than many organizations can keep pace?
Join us for an honest, thought-provoking conversation with experts who bring real-world experience and perspectives on navigating AI in business—and the leadership responsibility that comes with it.
Because the question isn’t simply what AI can do for business. It’s what conscious leaders choose to do with AI.
Our panelists represent a variety of mindsets:
-
Innovative executives who found creative ways to retain and redeploy talent — from retraining and upskilling to shifting team members into new roles instead of cutting staff.
-
Culture champions who can share actionable tactics (the “what to do on Monday” steps) for maintaining strong, values-driven cultures during uncertainty.
-
People who have built businesses from the ground up and successfully navigated changing landscapes — offering hard-earned lessons on starting, pivoting, and scaling thriving companies.
The session will give our audience practical, human-centered insights they can immediately apply to their own organizations. More than a conversation about business strategy, this panel is about the future of leadership; one built on resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to people.

What is CodeLaunch?
CodeLaunch is a startup accelerator and pitch competition that pairs early-stage tech founders with professional software development teams to help them build, launch, and showcase their products. It’s part high-energy pitch event, part live software hackathon—designed to connect innovators with the resources and exposure they need to grow. The World Championship will feature six finalists, including the winner from the LATAM event, the winner from Canada, and four finalists from the U.S. cohort.
We encourage all our members and their guests to come for the CC-D panelist discussion and stay afterwards to witness the amazing CodeLaunch event!
